No rodents or snakes are allowed

$350 non-refundable pet fee, per pet
$50 pet rent per month per pet

We have been living here for a little over a month now, and so far it has been an amazing experience! We love the apartment and the location is great as well. Clean and well-kept apartments with access to health club and pool included. Office staff organized and helpful, and maintenance staff prompt, friendly, and professional. Parking spaces are cleared of snow quickly. I've lived here 2.5 years. Prices are rising in the local area, and still this is a good value.
