In a fairly remote area, good rentals are hard to come by ... they are hands down the best around. Carports are great in the winter. Parking lot is always plowed. The units are big and roomy.

Marquette Apartments is a great place to live! With the fantastic staff, well laid out apartment with a great price, and a 24/7 gym including a pool and a hot tub! I highly recommend anyone coming to live here.

We love it here!! So excited we are able to call this home! We recently moved in here and it has been a very quiet and friendly place. The apartment was very clean and appeared to be very well maintained when we moved in and it exceeded our expectations!

We have been living here for a little over a month now, and so far it has been an amazing experience! We love the apartment and the location is great as well. It is a large one bedroom apartment and the living room is a great size for a young couple with big furniture, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an apartment in a very quiet and safe community.

Clean and well-kept apartments with access to health club and pool included. Office staff organized and helpful, and maintenance staff prompt, friendly, and professional. Parking spaces are cleared of snow quickly. I've lived here 2.5 years. Prices are rising in the local area, and still this is a good value.

I lived in the Northwoods apartments for two years and I LOVED them! Neighbors are very friendly and kind. Maintenance team and snow removal crew did an amazing job. I have zero complaints other than I am going to miss living here.

Northwoods Apartments are a great option for people looking to rent in Marquette. Very welcoming staff and I enjoyed the Marquette Health Club while I was renting there. Great experience and would consider them again if I was in the area.
